I read somewhere that if you manage to take 1000 steps per day, you won't even need to exercise as this would make you healthy and fit. Has anyone else heard of this theory or think that it can work?

If you take public transport everyday, do you think it is possible to take 1000 steps in the course of your day?
What would you need to do to cover the 1000 steps?

Let's say you have a 1 metre stride. 1000 steps = 1km only.

1 metre a stride ?? u kidding ?

It only like 50cm the most for Chinese
