China has deployed over 100 naval and coast guard vessels across East Asian and Western Pacific waters in what is being described as the country's largest maritime show of force to date. This extensive operation covers a broad area, including the southern Yellow Sea, East China Sea, South China Sea, and stretches into the Western Pacific. While large fleets comprising hundreds of vessels in the Pacific have often been associated with Chinese distant-water fishing fleets near protected zones like the Galápagos Islands, current reports emphasize a significant military and coast guard presence in this deployment.
The George Washington has departed the South China Sea and is now docked in Guam, while the USS Nimitz has completed its deployment and is returning to its home port after operations near Hawaii.

Shiok. Hopes they hoot the Hokkien Taiwankias upside down. More action less talk and get it over and done with.

Gather public speculation regarding the CCP's intentions, confrontations with the one country, counter-defense strategies, and its stance on the One China policy.
The vessel's strength deployed for the sexercise constitutes approximately 25% of the total capacity.

China's shit stirring will intensify as its economy worsens. Enjoy the show.

Taiwan's President Lai Ching-te has unveiled a US$40 billion special defense budget allocated for the period between 2026 and 2033. The budget includes plans for acquiring new arms from the United States, aiming to enhance the island's military capabilities and strengthen its "asymmetric defense" strategy against what it perceives as growing threats from China. During a press conference, he mistakenly stated that China would launch an attack in 2027. However, he later clarified, saying that China is preparing for an attack but will not necessarily act in 2027. The mistake was that he requested the defense budget for 2026 to 2033, even though an attack is expected in 2027, which makes no sense to allocate the budget primarily after 2027.
The United States has expressed support for Taiwan's decision to increase its defense spending. The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), which serves as the de facto U.S. embassy, described the proposal as a "significant step towards maintaining peace and stability."

In a decade, Japan will become something between Thailand and New Zealand. Just prostitution and hotsprings for tourists

Why wait a decade? China has it all now: prostitutes, hooligans, scammers, organ harvesters, human traffickers, counterfeiters etc. No other country comes close.

Not sure about the hot springs in China... take a dip in one if you dare. :roflmao:

Japan's best days are still ahead. China's trajectory from now on is down, expect to see plenty of unrest and calamities in China soon. :sneaky:

Japan's consumer technology is already falling behind korea. China is on the way to super power. Even US cannot activate 100+ vessels.
