10-second snatch theft goes viral

JOHOR BARU: A robbery video showing a thief who used a knife to remove a car window and steal the owner’s handbag has gone viral.

Many were amazed by the swiftness of the act. He took a mere 10 seconds to pull the window out and throw it aside – with the woman driver still at the wheel.

The 98-second long video from a shop’s CCTV along Jalan Rosemerah here showed the thief, along with an accomplice, rode up to the woman’s car on a motorcycle.

The pillion rider then ran to the car and quickly dismantled the passenger side window at about 9.20am on Tuesday, before speeding off.

I looked at this clip and it is nothing great to rob in 10 seconds. This is because there was no police surrounding the car and there was no army as well.

The great "robbery"or escape happened in Singapore when Mas Selamat managed to get himself out from Whitney Detention Centre which was heavily armed guarded by professional armies and after that he managed to escaped from Singapore.

Still, Singapore boleh and Malaysia tak boleh

Here's why...

1. How motorcycle guys know got bag behind to rob?
2. Why woman did not quickly pick up the bag when see guy slashing the window rubber?
3. When guy's whole head inside her car, why she never whack him?
4. Most importantly, why woman never turn engine on and drive off which guy is trying to rob her?

Finally, she drove off in different direction, for fuck? Usually, if she does not want to chase the robbers, most people will come out of the car and survey damage first, then report police.

It was 10 seconds, started when the video was 1:06 and ended at 1:16.
