it's not kuning. it's mackerel. sambal saba shioyaki or shiok yaki as i call it. mackerel penkang with sambal is bagus. no ikan bilis as i opt for ikan kembung. nasi lemak bagus with the rendang gravy. the beef looks good but needs more time to stew. chewy.
