I EXAMINED VIDEO AND HAVE A DIFFERENT OPINION. LORRY DRIVER SWERVED SLOWLY INTO THE SPACE WHERE HE CAN PARK HIS LORRY TO CONFRONT THE CYCLIST . IF HE HAD DRIVEN FASTER AND RECKLASSLY , CYCLIST WOULD HAVE BEEN INJURED. HE IS PROBABLY VERY IMPATIENT THAT HE RUSHED OVER TO THE CYCLIST THAT GAVE HIM A HARD PUNCH. CYCLIST COULD HVW KILLED THIS OLDER DRIVER WITH HIS POWERFUL PUNCH.
