〔自由時報記者林慶川、林俊宏、項程鎮／台北報導〕歷年來經手法拍屋數量居全國前幾名的台北地院，昨爆發重大弊案，多名負責法拍業務的書記官，竟投資特定業者，違法集體護航、搶標後，再轉售獲取暴利！
昨天上午8時許，台北地檢署檢察官鄧媛指揮台北市調查處機動站，對台北地院等處發動搜索，行動前禮貌性知會北院院長吳水木，再由北院政風人員陪同，搜索涉案書記官的辦公桌。
辦案人員隨即依涉貪污治罪條例的圖利罪，及刑法妨害職務上掌管文書、背信等罪，約談北院書記官林峻岳及王惠女、執達員沈士豪、退休書記官林文華，以 及「老虎開發」負責人蘇益生、「華邦資產管理公司」負責人陳錫安等8人，檢方訊後，林峻岳聲押禁見，王惠女、蘇益生分以20萬、10萬元交保；陳錫安、沈 士豪則以5萬交保。
檢調查出，林峻岳除將自己手邊的法拍案卷資訊，洩漏給自家投資公司，還找上同事王惠女，指「有錢可賺！」請她洩漏承辦法拍案卷資訊。
另外，台北地院民事執行處承辦法拍業務時，必須先行鑑價，只要符合資格的鑑價公司，都可向北院申請，列為可委託鑑價的名單，而各股別辦理法拍業務時，會依名單排序指定鑑價公司。
但北院政風室一年前接獲檢舉，指書記官林峻岳將應平均發包的鑑價業務，集中交由特定業者承作，並收取不法利益，經行政調查後，雖查無實據而結案，仍將林調去收發室。
台北地檢署調查發現林峻岳確有涉案，另一書記官林文華也涉違反北院內部規定，將鑑價業務圖利特定業者，兩人都收取賄款。檢調昨搜索林文華住處時，搜出他任內掌管的大批民事執行卷宗。此外，檢調監聽發現，涉案人員除了收賄，也接受業者招待，並疑有民事庭法官牽涉其中。
