前總統馬英九近來行程滿滿，幾乎是全台跑透透，繼前幾日到花蓮拚觀光後，接著又到高雄佛光山拜訪星雲法師，再到屏東找前文化部長龍應台敘舊。昨（6）日晚間，龍應台在臉書上貼出幾張照片表示，馬英九得知她近日比較有空，所以決定低調下鄉看一下前部長的生活，除了與她到大啖小吃外，更無包袱的在水果攤前幫忙叫賣，如此親民、熱情的模樣讓鄉親相當驚喜。

前文化部長龍應台表示，馬英九得知她剛完成書稿後就說要下鄉「看一下失業部長的生活」，見前總統如此興致勃勃，她除了二話不說答應馬英九的邀約外，更大方回應說，「那就來感受一下我的普羅旺斯吧，不要有媒體，讓我們走路去菜市場。」希望透過最直接、最低調的方式讓馬英九感受平民老百姓和失業部長的生活。

貼出自己側拍馬英九體驗的過程，龍應台說，一大清早，自己帶著馬英九到市場吃一碗大腸麵線暖暖胃，沒想到馬吃得津津有味，甚至還加點一碗肉羹。吃飽喝足後，對於熱鬧的市場，馬英九也相當興奮，走到一旁的水果攤，儘管貴為前總統，但他毫不在乎這個身分和包袱，直接當場像個老闆似的幫忙叫賣，果然吸引許多民眾圍觀、拍照，甚至還有鄉親忍不住抓著馬英九的手認真地說，「太辛苦，太辛苦了...」

逛完一大早的市場後，龍應台接著帶馬英九踏進比悠瑪部落的小學去看木棉樹，沒想到幾個正在上體育課的小學生看到後，紛紛像小鹿似的朝他們衝過來，此時馬英九露出親切的笑容，也說了一些話，逗得這群學生全笑得前仰後合。
龍應台在臉書上分享自己帶著馬英九體驗一天「失業部長的生活」，不少網友看到後紛紛給予正面回應，留言表示「台灣難能可貴之處，『平民』前總統可以一起，不違和不做作」、「怎麼看都覺得很溫馨」、「美好動人的友誼」、「覺得很溫馨」、「很自然的真性情」、「馬總統真是一道移動中的風景，走到哪裡都增添豔麗！」
