went market this morning and saw the folks peddling the dumpling leaves and all... i like bakchang bestest, followed by keechang :p:p:p

bakchang is no bakchang when there is no buibak, mushroom, salted duck egg, gaoluck, and the glutinous rice :):):)

my folks added heibeehiam to the bakchang because we like it spicy :):):)
 
Glutinous rice ish loaded wif carbohydrates, so me oni eat the fillings, esp the buibuibak :P
 
I favorite is nonya chang. ;)
