There is a Chinese term used in SG call Sai Tor aka 屎肚.

Exactly reflecting this, they refer to the type of big hard tummy that is big on the top (near chest) onwards not just the portion below belly button. Usually VERY HARD, incompressible, surface skin rather thin smooth and shiny. That is called Sai Tor aka 屎肚.
