He was rigged like a puppet by 2 Dowagers for 7 years, and extended by another 7 yrs after one dowager died, rigged as puppet by the last dowager.
In 1898, in the same National Reform and Resurrection Campaign alike MAGA, he and his lieutenants康有为、梁启超 began a strong campaign implementing new policies and systems. Strongly wanted to Make China Great Again.
This was a time of huge Turmoil and Wars, China was Invaded by Japanese.甲午战争 Japs wiped out Chinese navy took over huge amount of lands including NK and north east which Japs eventually lost to Russians in separated wars.

He was incarcerated for approx 8 years and died after being POISONED. Dotard mainly eats only McDonald because he deeply fear of being poisoned.
