“东网”消息称，黎智英涉及的串谋欺诈，与壹传媒在将军澳工业邨厂房涉嫌经营独立公司，提供“公司秘书”服务，涉违地契外或以欺诈方式获利有关。早前有说法称壹传媒在将军澳工业邨厂房，涉嫌经营至少14间独立公司，涉及不同业务。翻查纪录，该批公司董事均为黎智英，其中一间公司为黎智英次子黎耀恩经营的10间食肆及公司提供“公司秘书”服务，包括早前爆出“二手冻柠茶”奉客的“四季常餐”。将军澳工业邨则由香港科技园公司负责管理。香港科技园公司在审批工业邨用地申请时，订明只可在厂房内进行已批准、或经科技园书面同意的其他运作，亦不可分租予其他人士。
