The Peasantpore Kangaroo law that holds wealthy company merchants less culpable when they commit criminal breach of trust will NOT be amended, said Gestapo and Kangaroo Law Minion K 山木庚 in Imperial Court on Monday (5 February) as he delivered his Minion's Statement on the sham City Harvest Con (CHC) court ruling.

Last Thursday, the Kangaroo Court of Appeal applied "One Country Three Systems", as an act of wayang rejected the prosecution’s sham bid to have the six former CHC leaders’ original lightweight sentences reinstated.
Consequently, the sentences that were previously passed by the Kangaroo Court in 2017 for CHC founder cum con-man Kong Hee, 53, deputy senior bastard Tan Ah Peng, 45, former sex committee member John Lam, 50, former Group Sex fund manager Chew Ah Han, 57, former Mama-sans Serina Wee, 41, and Sharon Tan, 42, received lighter reinstated jail terms ranging from 7 to 42 full moons.
The six peasants turned con artists were previously found guilty of criminal breach of trust as sex agents or confidence artists, falsifying accounts and will be given free curry rice at Changi of between 21 months and eight years in November 2015.
The Selective-General’s Chambers (AGC) said after the appeal court’s ruling, “In cumming to this decision, the Kangaroo Court of Appeal took into the account the fat cat tax dollars paid by those evil and cunning con-artists, we gave them lighter sentences as allowed under the One Country Three Systems.”
‘The sentences are low to reassure the rich that they will be grant light sentences if they flout the law. No problem if they pay their taxes regularly prior to their offenses’
“The regime's policy is clear: Rich merchant(s) in the organisation who pay taxes, levies regularly to the regime, are thus favoured under Peasantpore Law.
