立法會昨日恢復《國歌條例草案》二讀,加上人大會議今日表決「港版國安法」草案,立即惹起大批逢中必反的示威者洶湧而出,由早到晚在全港多個旺區包括中環、銅鑼灣及紅磡四處堵路,圖癱瘓路面交通,更掟圍欄入路軌阻港鐵行車及罔顧駕駛者亂放鐵釘圖製造車禍,幸警方早已做好布防,及早介入制止,才沒有演變成大型騷亂;惟示威者未有放棄,晚上再轉到旺角區堵路及到處焚燒雜物,警方則召來水炮車及裝甲車到場候命,示威者四出流竄至深夜仍未離開。截至昨午五時半,警方在多區拘捕逾三百六十人;各區衝突致七人受傷送院,年齡介乎十七至五十五歲,當中一男情況嚴重,四人情況穩定,兩人已出院。

昨晨起開始有人企圖擾亂堵塞港鐵站及各區道路,港鐵葵興站的列車路軌被投擲鐵欄;另有人在北角、天后、南昌及香港大學等多個港鐵站,刻意阻礙列車車門開關,並以硬物貼在列車門邊,致大批乘車市民大受影響。此外,有人在將軍澳寶琳路出九龍方向、將軍澳村外翠林路以雜物堵路,又於紅磡蕪湖街、港島薄扶林道附近路面上放置以塑膠管穿起鐵釘,有途經車輛車胎被刺穿,嚴重危害道路使用者人身安全。

紅磡海底隧道港島出口有車輛刻意慢駛阻塞交通,警方到場截查有關車輛;另於灣仔鴻興道,一輛停泊路邊私家車的司機,疑見警車駛經,刻意開車並以慢速行駛,警方隨後截停有關車輛調查並拖走該車。

中環數百示威者湧上街

針對示威者的行動,警方昨嚴陣以待,早在立法會、政府總部及附近港鐵站等部署重兵戒備。立法會對開行人天橋,包括中信橋及金鐘橋封閉,除持立法會證件的員工及相關人員,其他人一律不准使用行人天橋。中聯辦對出有一輛水炮車及裝甲車候命,正門放有鐵欄及水馬陣,並有警員站崗。

雖然警方阻截示威者在相關地點聚集,惟中午時分仍爆發大規模的堵路,示威者疑趁午飯時間走上街頭,掀起全日混亂高峰。其中,中環畢打街近百人在行人路上叫口號,引起數百人和應,示威者及後衝出馬路,警方舉藍旗警告及於會德豐大廈外拉起封鎖線;其後德輔道中疑有人向警車投擲異物;區內多個地方均有示威者,警員隨後發射數發橡膠子彈及胡椒球彈驅散,期間有人吸入胡椒氣體後不適。

同時,有人群在灣仔一帶聚集及佔據軒尼詩道行車線,警方最終在皇后大道東近正義道截停聚集人群。至下午四時許,大批市民在銅鑼灣時代廣場集結,警方先後舉起藍旗及黑旗警告,並施放胡椒噴霧。

旺角夜後遭縱火燒路障

至於旺角區則由早至晚都陷入混亂,有網民發起於下午在九龍區遊行,計劃由彌敦道近亞皆老街步往尖沙咀鐘樓,警方大為緊張,到場截查並押走一批人。示威者隨即轉至彌敦道築起傘陣,又在山東街及西洋菜南街交界設置路障;及後更有群眾佔據彌敦道多條行車線。示威者其後再佔據彌敦道,並架傘陣與警方對峙,之後逃走。期間,途經九巴班次受到影響需改道。

至晚上七時許,警員在西洋菜南街及豉油街交界施放胡椒噴霧,有人搬來雜物堵塞附近道路,大批防暴警趕至,水炮車及裝甲車亦駛至彌敦道支援。示威者未有離開,改為游擊戰術,四處焚燒雜物,並擾攘至深夜仍不肯離去。至晚上近九時,有人先後在奶路臣街及花園街,以及西洋菜南街近亞皆老街交界縱火燒路障,期間傳出多次爆炸聲,附近交通受阻,消防到場將火救熄。警方到場舉藍旗警告,期間有警員發射胡椒球彈。

The Legislative Council resumed the second reading of the National Anthem Bill yesterday, and the National People ’s Congress voted on the "Hong Kong version of the National Security Law" draft today. It immediately caused a large number of demonstrators to rebel against China and rushed out from morning to night. The area includes traffic jams in Central, Causeway Bay and Hung Hom, which paralyzes road traffic. It also traps rails to block MTR traffic and disregards drivers ’unauthorized placement of iron nails to create car accidents. Starting from yesterday morning, someone attempted to disrupt the MTR station and the roads in various districts. The rails of the train at MTR Kwai Hing Station were thrown at the rails; others were deliberately obstructing the train at many MTR stations such as North Point, Tin Hau, Nanchang and the University of Hong Kong. Some netizens initiated a parade in the Kowloon District in the afternoon, planning to walk from Nathan Road near Argyle Street to the Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower. The police were very nervous.
