收藏!提速+降费!三大运营商公布具体举措

近日,三大运营商积极响应落实国家网络提速降费新要求、新部署,推出了具体举措。
“提速降费”是党中央、国务院的重大决策部署,2019年5月14日的国务院常务会议对今年网络提速降费工作作出专项部署。会议确定:
一是把加快网络升级扩容作为扩大有效投资的重要着力点。今年实现光纤到户接入端口占比超过90%,在300个以上城市部署千兆宽带接入网络,推动固定和移动宽带迈入千兆时代。针对农村、边远地区等薄弱环节,全年扩容及新建4G基站超过60万个,实现全国行政村覆盖率超过98%。
二是突出增强工业互联网、教育、医疗等重点领域的网络能力,加大有效投资力度。加强工业互联网专线建设。年内实现全国中小学宽带网络接入率达到97%,普遍具备百兆接入能力。推动县级以上医院和医联体专网全覆盖。
三是落实降低资费要求。推动基础电信企业通过下调资费价格、免费提速升档等方式,年内实现中小企业宽带平均资费降低15%;通过实施普惠制套餐升档降费、大幅降低套餐外流量单价、针对低收入和老年群体推广“地板价”资费,多措并举实现移动流量平均资费降低20%以上;推动内地与港澳地区间流量“漫游”费降低30%。
四是11月底前在全国全面实施“携号转网”,深入做好准备工作。严查擅自增加办理条件等行为。
五是清理规范套餐设置,年内再精简目前在售套餐数量15%以上,推动解决数量多、看不懂、选择难等问题,让消费者得到更多实惠。

对此,三大运营商第一时间积极响应落实国家政策,推出了多项惠民举措:
中国电信
举措一:全面下调套外流量价格。针对用户担心产生高额套外流量费的情况,2019年1月,中国电信全面下调套餐外流量资费至不超过0.03元/MB,套外流量资费降幅最高达到90%,确保用户知情、敢用、放心用。
举措二:推出更加优惠的“达量放心用流量包”。

举措六:提升远程教育和医疗网络。推出广覆盖、高质量、高性价比的教育和医疗专网产品,开展数字校园天翼行,助力学校联网攻坚行动,将中小学宽带网络接入速率提升至百兆以上。

中国移动
举措一:“查网龄送流量”,最高可获30G。
自2019年5月1日起,中国移动全网统一推出了查网龄送流量活动,客户发送2019到10086即可获赠不同流量,网龄越长获赠流量越多,最多可获赠30G流量。活动受到广大网民和媒体的高度关注,客户反响好、参与度高,短短一周内即实现参与客户数破亿,截至目前参与客户数已达到1.2亿。下一步中国移动将在查网龄送流量活动基础上,陆续推出查网龄送权益、送积分等系列活动,并结合网龄开展5G先锋客户招募。
举措二:达量不限速,支持多人“畅享”。自2019年4月20日起,中国移动陆续在北京、四川、辽宁等10个省(市)试点推出了畅享系列套餐。该套餐是首款达量不限速产品,套外流量越用越便宜,套餐内包含50G流量,支持多人共享,并赠送宽带和宽带电视、亲情号互打免费等权益。中国移动目前已在全国范围推广该套餐,让更多客户享受到“畅享系列”优惠资费。
