A 21-year-old woman, dubbed “Queen of Thieves” by Metro Ahad, was detained along with two men following a report that they had attacked a group of students at about 4pm in Kuching on Friday. She was said to be the mastermind behind a spate of robberies in the city involving teenage victims, especially in the Tebing Kuching and Jalan Tabuan areas. In the recent case, the woman and her accomplices reportedly waylaid a group of students and forced them to surrender their money and handphones.
