It would be worrying for Singaporeans if the government of Singapore were to begin to hold meetings on Singapore's financial status during weekends. This can only mean that the topics and proposals discussed have tumultous impact on the Singapore and possibly international financial markets.
It's worrying that the dogs are not barking that the owners are still in a state of slumber while deep in crisis. The dogs are either stupid or trying to sabo their owners.
He was probably instructed by his demential daddy that he need enough afternoon nap and longer beauty night sleep to heal his cancerous cells. Occassionally, he wll be woke up briefly to cut ribbons and than head home to his quiet routine of resting and dreaming his onions and chillies or other recipes for his next open speech....on 9/8/2009. During this time of turbulaence it is best not to say anything silly to avoid getting his pay cut by public demand.
