the python was winning by having a chokehold on the cobra's head section until cobra shook loose and wriggled away for dear life. round 1 goes to python.

The python could have been bitten by the cobra and die later, so how did you come to your conclusion?

if the cobra were any good it could have bitten the python at the 1st instance and taken out the python in seconds with its lethal venom, not many minutes later with at least 10 minutes of wrestling and strangling. near the end, the cobra was obviously desperately wriggling and trying to break free.
