At least she can sue Prudential if it refuses to pay. Pity there’s no equivalent recourse for those who dutifully gave 10% in tithes, only to be turned away at the gates of heaven. Can the pastors be sued? And claw back the contributions given over the years as tithes? It's too little, too...
