    Today TT range should be 2.49 in Raffles and other places. Yakadir rate is only 2.478 and we know their service sucks like hell and they don't give people any good feeling.. Any bros here can suggest any other money changer in Singapore that can do TT for Singaporean?

    I don't think so.. HH doesn't have DIBS and their houses are always selling at record above any possible valuation. Normally they absorb lawyer fees only.. One still have to pay banks stamp fees, stamp duty, state consent...

    You hit the nail on the head.. Many proud folks also disparage investment in Malaysia because they can't understand why they miss the early boat..and they keep repeating their negative perception even they hardly step into Johor for the last 10 years..

    I am sure your father is concern for you. Your property purchase so far is bearing fruit as the timing is right, but there are many older folks who bought at wrong time and they either bankrupt or take 10 years to recover.. Say if one bought in 1996-1997 time frame.. or bought JB house 20-30...
