    Paid UEM the miscellaneous charges and got the clearance letters for Vacant Possessions and EL access cards for my terraces. Late Delivery's interest from UEM to me amounts to RM213,000 in total. Cheques will be ready within 3-4 weeks, I'm very happy with UEM :)
