There were occasions when i found small centipedes! :)

Suspect them to be intestinal worms and came through the sewage line. Maybe some residents or their pets got worms!!? :p

Yep, it's quite mysterious. Stayed here for few years and only in june after coming back from a holiday trip, started to see their appearance. I stay 10th storey and my neighbour above said he didn't encounter the same thing. No, not those with legs.
