    yes, DIBS is dependent on the bank. I just signed the mortgage LO with Alliance and it is with DIBS scheme. :) Tomorrow will be signing the SPA with lawyer.

    I didn't go to CG as I saw a super long q to CG showroom. Still very hot! Bora Residences (Capri) feel is very classy. I like it. Hope the commercial mall (1 million sqft) will be as vibrant as Vivocity or Serangoon Nex.
