I received their letter with date of Vacant Possession(VP) being Feb 2013. Thus I received around 6 months as I signed SPA one month earlier than you. When did you receive their letter for VP?

They are building the Phase 4B bungalows really really fast now, already called for 4th progressive payment in just 9+ months after launching in late May last year.
