Prior to President Putin’s visit to China, Russia and Belarus conducted joint tactical nuclear exercises designed to practice the preparation and deployment of nuclear forces under a "threat of aggression." These drills also served to test the interoperability between Russian and Belarusian forces. Given Russia's position as an unofficial "proxy" for China, there is speculation that consultations may have occurred regarding nuclear strategies aimed at bringing a swift conclusion to the conflict.
Can anyone sexplain why is it for the president day after day keep saying that Iran has agreed to things that very clearly they have not agreed to which then becomes obvious to the entire world that within 24 or 48 hours time period what is the strategy behaviors of the president standing up and saying that we have defeated them. The war is over, they have agreed to everything. I mean it does just that make us a bunch of clowns past a certain point when it becomes obvious that not the case
