Seems like certain cultures have a habit of throwing their own personal problems to society and law enforcement to solve.

Whenever children of Caucasians misbehave at my condo, they tell off local neighbours who brought up the matter. However, I always put these adult expats in their place when I remind them that ignoring their kids' mischief now will send them the signal that there are no consequences when they grow up to be teens and young adults.
