they just have to get their solid state battery vehicles to market in massive numbers. i’m not switching to ev unless it offers at least 699 miles range without recharging. if i can drive from sillycon valley to san diego in one charge i will change to ev.

Legacy car makers that profit tremendously from china market were caught napping during transition from ice to EV.
Despite this, 50% of china car market is still ICE and the balance, EV, phev, erev...
Japanese carmakers are more reliant on US so its mostly ICE or hybrid.
