Some ageing condos in Singapore struggle with failing infrastructure, inadequate sinking funds

Took landed to convert to Condos. Then cannot handle.
Condo developers all gotten rich while homeowners suffer.
If landed, just get contractors to settle.

Is the condo dwellers are not able to cough up enough sinking funds and conservously charges for their condo development, there is always a simple solution to it. The solution will be as simple as selling of your condos. If it's not selling because of your asking price jolly well drop down you're asking price as your leasee of the condo has run out
