Some office girls after hours work in k-ok. When they realise k-ok offer better income, the quit office job. Or hang on to it in case got promotion.

This is public safety concern… I hate to state it but if the PHV driver doze off and may cause serious road accidents and could harm the passengers… which is a public safety concerns

PHV and taxi drivers are a clear and present danger to their passengers owing to age, fatigue and a lack of sleep since many of them are seniors and/or moonlighters.

For social activities, yes his company cannot give a hoot about it but the Malay guy go and moonlight and earn extra pocket money some more in similar industry transportation.

It’s a huge conflict of interest in the employment contract. If his bosses close eye then nothing to say but if his bosses all open eyes that means more than one of them are moonlighting so lack manpower and affect company operations

Yes. Safety on the road for all drivers and passengers comes first and no one wants a driver who is too tired from his main job to be driving and Moonlighting for his own monetary benefit

Most Malays do the above which are harmless and they are self contented and happy people who don’t go around don’t sueing people for extra money but the SMRT Malay guy is just too itchy and greedy to sue for more money
