Trouble with japanese who are not keen to learn a foreign language

As least they can all be proficient in Japanese. What about Sinkies ? Cannot even be proficient in one language. What a fucking shame.
 
The Japanese take great pride in their language, which is considered one of the most challenging language to master in the world.
 
Japanese morphed from Chinese. Why need to learn another lang when you already knew the greatest lang of all ?
