KNN, caught with his pants down, twice. How to fight ? Traffic offences all strict liability one. There is no law to argue. All questions of fact.
A big name lawyer may be able to get a better deal during plea bargaining with AGC.

Maybe Lam thinks that he sure can’t win the case so he may as well hire a cheap lawyer ?
But why Lam cannot represent himself to argue his own case ?
1. No money in the pocket
2. Plead guilty, not fighting
