Thought the person on the rental contract (leasehold) is called the owner? Owner, leasee lol...... with the insidious intent to obfuscate the defination of home ownership I see....
 
People paid good money for long term stay. So if its hdb's right to take back, I expect HDB to pay back remaining lease money right?
