If OYK is so concerned about it, why not contribute $1m a year from his salary to fund all these initiatives? ok la ok la, I be nice to him, start with $500k for the 1st year

Say 1 budget meal cost $3.50. 100 meals is "only" $350. So gahment should impose an obligation on all ministars and MPs to contribute $350 every month to sponsor the 100 free budget meals in their respective GRCs. Surely this is not too much to ask.
