I always give 2 digit only. They won't know as they don't open the ang bao to check when u enter the restaurant

They upfront stated, and it's now Upto them if they want to attend and give. It's their choice.

Gansiokbin never stated amount, but she cheated those friends & leelatives, and used the angpow to pay for the banquet, and went honeymoon, then annulled the marriage.

Guests give you face by turning up & any pow amount is up to invited guest depend on their ability.
Wedding dinner usually lugi but close friend & family will give way above the cost of dinner & help finance.

The couple probably live in sin for a few years already no need wedding even better. Just go register. The entire family probably know them already.
