This problem ongoing for many years.
Hear from some. The culprits are Malaysian coming in to steal. Homeowners car camera captured them in jiuhu carplate.
 
Stupid foreigners….want to steal and risk getting caning might as well go all in and steal from landed properties whose owners are rich and wealthy instead of these poor tenants of HDB

hahaha, I just spoke with a tiong and he said that the reno prices in msia are crazy high. he now wants to start a reno biz in msia
