Well, do Sporeans avoid call centres job? Isn’t it in the news that call centre roles are expanding? From my experience, usually most work places depends on one’s network. So some places have a pool of foreigners in it. Sadly quite a number of Sporeans do not have that kind of network.
About call centres after listening to all those RUDE and Yelling conversations with all our classmates
We all one day hope the MOH call centres all go FULL into AI mode so rude and mean call agents do not deserve their jobs and use letters and words to threaten my friend not complaint
With AI we do not need to speak to rude and biased call agents and they have a taste of what is like to lose their jobs.
