Drivers must be vigilant in the lanes around Little India because
the pedestrians jaywalk like they are used to doing back in India.

Drive slowly and carefully in Little India. A CECA woman stepped off the pavement 3 metres from my car near City Square Mall last year, causing me to do an emergency brake that may have caused a chain collision. That woman refused to even apologise, but acted as if I was in the wrong. Luckily, I wasn't travelling fast; how fast can someone drive on such a narrow street?

Enforcement of traffic, littering loitering and hygiene is seriously lacking in Little India area. PAP wants to import but can't be bothered to enforce environmental rules and regulations
 
This is a typical sight in India (below) where mostly men squat by the side of the road to pass motion. I was in a taxi and stared in disbelief once, and the men merely turned away or shielded their faces using their sarongs, so passersby would not recognise them.

Even the so-called cleaner eateries like Banana Leaf Apolo have had multiple food hygiene violations.
 
Our government spend so much money installing so many traffic lights along serangoon road and Jalan besar ( 500m 1 traffice light) they still jay walking. Police should be station there to summon them than they will learn how to follow our law. These people just walking holding hands walking in the middle of the road like they are in India

These CECAs walk on pedestrian walkways also cannot keep left. They are all over the place and as a polite and responsible cyclist, I usually avoid ringing my bell but I also BTH these inconsiderate and selfish CECA motherfuckers who cannot obey basic courtesy to others when they are walking..
 
Plenty of space for cam car to pass on the left . Why he keep to right lane and honk?
Pedestrians also got rights to use the road.
