[Video] - Xi JP speaks directly to L Wong

I said it yesterday and I'll say it again, Lawrence needs to brush up on his chinese. He needs to be able to speak it fluently and confidently. He is chinese after all!

Hes not supposed to speak in Chinese even if hes an A* student fo Chinese. Singapore's working language is English

Yeah. though even then he might still not be allowed (by Sg govt protocol) to speak in Chinese during such overseas diplomatic events, as it might not be fair for non-Chinese members of his own team (eg. Vivian Balakrishnan, even though it so happens that Vivian himself can actually speak Chinese, but you get the idea).

He can speak chinese, and those chindians and the other potato eaters can rely on the interpreter. We love and support China and the CCP! :biggrin:

You cannot say this. Do you know many coolie gene Sinkies are so fucking proud that they cannot speak Chinese and think Singlish is Angmoh.
