My college teacher now living in USA and she had hip replacement at age 50.
The doctors there are efficient and she could go hiking after resting for 2 weeks. USA angmoh is good

if you are employed and health benefits are covered by employer you generally enjoy excellent healthcare. otherwise have to wait until 65 to enjoy the best of medicare depending on social security and fica contributions.

Maybe, although Singapore is better than Thailand, Bangkok is better than Singapore for some types of foreigners? :unsure:

Anyway, the only reason I started this thread is that I was quite surprised and amused that some people in this world consider my dearest @eatshitndie-sama's beloved USA to be ranked "69th" for healthcare! :o-o: :eek: :confused: :tongue:
In other words, I would have started this thread even if Singapore was ranked last! :eek: :tongue:
