You go wet market to buy then just throw into air fryer for 40mins can eat liao lah...don't even need any preparation. Just wash and throw inside and wait.

Ever eaten in the 70s a type called Yam sweet potatoes, skin & inside all purple, it's the real deal, even better than the Jap purple sweet potatoes.

You go try this Cilembu variety. It's really the best. Tomorrow I go market and buy more and roast in oven. Then peel and store in fridge and eat a bit each day over the week.

Gamxia for SIC. Will go look for this type of sweet potatoes. Hopefully will not be disappointed. But I also start to plant sweet potatoes in case bolehland stop exporting veg to us, still have sweet potatoes&veg to eat :)
