Many people failed in this aspect.
They like to indicate in their leesume that they like to progress with the company while learning despite applying for senior positions.
I always tells them we can only contribute and the learning part should already have been completed long time ago.
It is time to contribute rather than learning.

Nowadays going for job interview and getting hold of job is tough. They expect the young to have experience before getting the job.
But how to have experience when you don't have the job ?
They expect you to fly and contribute even before getting a job ?

In Singapore, upon paying themselves so much money. They say they will learn and be better next time. The shining example is NCM .. learn on the job despite being paid so much.
We expect you to fly on the job.

How many people has such privilege ?
