Just went to malaysia property show at MBS, got offer for Astaka, for selected units they are selling at near pre launch price (after taking in account 8% rebate). The price is a little higher coz they factor in GST. Also no more DIBS. The rest like loan and legal fee absorbed.

I been to the showroom in May/June. Took pics of the sales chart. was at 67% sold then. Yes its impressive. The showroom also very empty. I guess too expensive at 3mil plus per pop now. PSF 12xx onward now.
The launch offer looks like a bargain compared to now..... 8xx psf, DIBS, legal subsidy...
