    Try staying at Quest @ St Kilda. It is a serviced apartment complete with kitchen and the price should fit your budget. Also, it is just across the road from the Royal Botanic Gardens. And 15 mins walk to the St Kilda beach. There is also a secure carpark the tenants can use. :cool:
