Was told that the extra carpark was due to them lowering the height of the carpark by 2 levels. So it is a form of compensation. For the LAD, understood the 10%. But no idea what was the 10% x 20% component

Fyi, the developer confirmed that they stopped DIBS for me since it has been 4 years since SPA. Guys look out for your payment to avoid late charges. Merry Christmas!

Expected TOP was Oct 2017. How will they calculate the compensation do you know? Also will DIBS be in effect since it has reach past the expected TOP?
