  据法制晚报报道 为缓解城市拥堵,我国将首次引入空中轨道列车(“空轨”)建设。目前,浙江温州市有意向,拟建设首条运营线路,具体的规划研究正在加紧进行中。

  全国政协委员冯幸耘在今年全国两会上提出《关于采用空中轨道交通系统缓解城市交通困难的建议》。
  昨日上午,记者获悉,在温州“尝鲜”之后,城市“空轨”还有可能在天津、上海、济南、合肥、洛阳和石家庄等城市投入建设。多城市试点后,北京也有望投入建设。
  “空轨”·设计
  吊在半空行驶时速50公里
  空中轨道列车属于城市快捷公交,是悬挂式单轨交通运输系统。轨道位于列车上方,由钢铁或水泥立柱支撑,列车被吊在半空中行驶。
  此外,它以电力牵引为动力,解决了废气污染;它比地铁造价低、比轻轨占地面积小,在建造和运营方面有许多突出的特点和优点。
  空中轨道列车每节车厢定员75人,四节车厢可承运15000人次/小时。按照设计的最高限额,它可以完成30000人次/小时的交通任务。
  在喧哗热闹的城市上空,在拥挤的公路上方,“空轨”以每小时50公里的速度悄无声息地穿梭而过,安全、经济、快捷、舒适、无噪音、无污染,令人非常惬意。
  “空轨”·造价
  每公里成本比地铁少近7亿
  参与“空轨”项目科研研究的北京交通大学岳兆宏教授表示,空中列车的悬挂式单轨交通模式,每公里造价前期为1.5亿,比建设地铁的造价能减少近7亿元。实施国产设备后,每公里成本可以降到5000万,低于高速公路建设。
  除了价格上的优势,“空轨”系统建设速度比较快,几十公里的线路在3-5个月时间里就可以完成。
  “这主要是因为该项目无需太多土木建设,只需直接实施打桩和吊装。”岳兆宏教授说。相比地铁、轻轨少则3年,多则5年甚至更长时间的建设周期和挖地、架桥等施工影响,可谓“省时省力”。

  空中铁路(SkyTrain)是轨道交通的一个分支。基本原理与地铁、轻轨相似,在设计思维上与地铁则相反,采用悬挂式动力转向架,车厢亦是悬 挂式。空中铁路主要由控制中心、运行车辆、动力装置和轨道建设四个部分成。空中列车无人驾驶,电脑自动控制。监控和辅助任务由控制中心管理。运行监测、控 制车辆在任何时候的位置和状态。
  空中轨道列车自1901年德国乌波塔尔线建设开始,距今已有110年的历史。
  在日本、俄罗斯等国家,悬挂式轨道交通列车也已经运营多年,而且成为近年新建轨道交通项目的重要形式之一。“空轨”逐渐引起人们重视。

Then they have the poor peasants' cheap products that are made behind the barn yards of farmers' villages.;) Any way, the most reputable brands of qualities, are all made in PRC these days. Apple's i-phone i-pad, Japs brands, Taiwanese mother boards, Ang Moh's Seagates HDD, Nike sports items, garments, bags, furniture of Ikea, etc etc, you will lost count. True, but beware of China infrastructural projects. Infrastructural projects are known to be projects for pocketing monies for going to ktv and fucking meimeis as well as buying new mercedes series.
There is a limit how cheap you can build and you need to look at the budget including the projected operating costs. I know of scams in international aid projects where diesel power generators were provided to Africa with no one looking in the availability of diesel, schools built with no operating budgets for running them. Consumer products today have short life span and there are many competing companies in China for the foreign monies - they will try to maintain and not fuck it up, because it could mean no more business for them. For large infrastructural projects like dams and tunnels under water bodies, those are scary. The problem happens years after and there is no guaranteed legal recall (forget fuckers who tell you we have law for this that when it is almost never fucking practiced) for latent defects and no one factors in a operating costs. Fucking salesmen will tell you can build something that lasts for 10 years but after 2nd year, maintainence costs start escalating such that after 10 years, if you had gotten the 1.5 times more expensive company, you save operational costs equal to the fucking construction in the first place. Because of budgeting issues by public sector, chances are they have very fucking little maintainence budget in the first place. UY, you need to be more sensitive to such issues. Sure, China can make many things (though fake and real are mixed together as China is good at faking their real level of technology), but who has access to the products? The best products made in China are not consumed in China. Remember. Chances if the products we consumed are made available in China on a large scale, the quality will go to fuckland. It is business culture in China, nothing personal.:D

It was true when PRC wanted the national speed rail projects to develop and highest efficientcy the top closed one eye in the corruptions involving these people during the project's crucial phase. They did not want to arrest to slow things down. After the completion however the axe and bullets rained down. The rails minister sentenced and many followers on death row.;) It was rampant corruption but the completion of the big economically crucial project was faster than on time. The corrupts are caught but not immediately. Enforcement were held back temporary because the top leaders needed the rails up. Every CNY there had been ultra-heavy needs to fulfill and every year increased by a lot. That is due to the economy getting ahead of transport infrastructure, and became a choke point. Once the choke cleared they catch the corrupts, 兔死狗烹! :eek::)

Trains from Harbourfront and Dhoby Ghaut stations resumed services earlier than expected.
Services from Harbourfront resumed at 4.45pm and from Dhoby Ghaut at 4.40pm.
Trains were inconsistent for about an hour, and screens did not display timings for the next train till 5.45pm.
Trains towards Punggol also lagged for about 10 minutes, but commuters did not appear ruffled by the wait. They also did not leave.

There is no issue of land as we are talking about URBAN monorail which idiot LEEgime also built on tiny tiny Sentosa! Not rural country heavy rails. :D:p PRC's city building density is even more dense than red dot because they Don't make HDBs there.;) The whole idea here is to have it at tiny expense of land because it is only using a small steel support column on the land while the rest of light structure are suspended off the ground.
