Is the PRC translator from Today or is she employed by the parliament? I can't believe a Singaporean can't do Mandarin-English translation.

Anyway, no one's pointing a gun to DPM Teo and his cabinet's head and forcing them to be politicians. If they are not happy with the revised pay, just quit and join the private sector where their calibre is sorely needed.

Still not happy? Do a sit in and go on strike lor!

CSM is playing fiddle to the cows....his speech cannot get into the thick skulls of the MIWs.....its just noise to them.
Hope that the 60.1% can hear this great speech and wake up their ideas.

You are correct but the reality speaks differently.

WKS couldn't find a job in private sector, and Cynthia Phua is still unemployed.
