Must check mail boxes regularly

Because we're given only 50 mails either in or out. 50 gets full pretty fast so we need to check regularly to clear them.

Thank you Sam. From previous 50 to 250 is 5 fold increase wow . . . . . I think 50 should be more than enough because this is a forum and most discussions are on the webpage while PM should not be so important that it has to be kept unless as evidences for whatever purposes in the future. Personally I have a habit to clear my IN and SENT boxes not just in SBF but also my OUTLOOK (yes I am using Outlook with my Mac, too used to it). I receive lots of mails everyday for work and I try to keep IN/SENT to not more than 20 emails each while archiving the old ones in their respective folders.

I think you have a "I do not wish to receive any PM setting" as I tried once to PM you.

I do have many emails in my Outlook Inbox everyday but I clear them all immediately and archive them daily.
