Why the SCDF/SMRT don't give award/medal to the one break the window?
If not many will be landed in hospital.

I really don't know what I will do in such circumstances. Because the precedence has been set if there is no announcements and the environment gets suffy I will probably break the windows. But to think further what I will do, there could be a few. I will probably phone home to say I will be late, remain calm and reassures those around me to do the same and try to find out what is the cause.

Reference to the recent train breakdown, I still could not reconcile the fact that all passengers except one smashed the window, whereas the rest just sat and waited, even though there was no announcements in the trains (I hope I gotten this fact correct).

Many of us would have friends, family members, kids, relatives and colllegues using the MRTee one time or other. What if this occurs again due to other reasons?

Public was told that they couldn't handle a terrorist incident in the youtube video at 00:1:55. Even if in future, there is a plan; Who can guarantee that contigent plan will work?

That leads me to the following questions hope forummers can participate and get the thoughts going:

1. What will you do if you are trapped in the train without any announcement to keep the passengers informed?
2. How long will you wait in silence before reacting?
3. If you decided to react and smash windows or pry the doors, what will be your worries?

I am just writing this in the hope that people can get out of harms way if there is an eventuality, because my family memebers or friends may also be in the thick of it.:(

i dont say so , its the fact...theres many proof that prayer does not work at all try asking amputees to pray for a leg or ask the sky to rain gold ..and you will know what i mean

Someone I knew did have a situation like that and I knew that prayer was almost impossible. But, He gave him something equivalent to a new leg (new technology), and this happened almost by chance (how many got this chance ?). People will still die anyway. 因为圣人还是人。只要是人，他还是会犯错，会死。So, I'm actually a SAINT, not just a normal human being.

PS The so-called Sainthood cannot be conferred by man like a pope. It's God's planning.

I remembered there was a time long ago at the cinema in Marina Square. After the movies and everyone came out, the lift was very slow or stuck. Everyone was waiting there and not knowing what to do.

I just took the lead and opened the door to the stairs. No one followed, later came back up as my girlfriend wanted to go to the ladies. Almost the same folks who were stuck there were still there, not knowing what to do and waiting for the lift.

So in the end after she was done we went down the stairs again. This time, finally people started to follow..

Another time, on Temasek Tower, lifts got stuck but people don't know what is a cargo lift, everyone took the stairs. I took the lift, only some expats joined me... Everyone else did the proper thing and climbed 30 storeys up.
