Looks Like Gopalan's Strategy Actually Work

While I do not wish to see anyone in jail, this Gopalan's strategy of returning to deliberately challenge Singapore's law as a US citizen looks like it might be working. What would have been the decision if he was a Singaporean instead? I am kind of disappointed with the leniency shown to a foreign talent, does being a US citizen means more here? I hope not.

Because even your own Singapore Opposition supported foreign talent...... in this case.
