达芬奇家具是国内最具影响力的家具高端品牌，以价格昂贵著称。一张单人床能卖到10多万元，一套沙发能卖到30多万。对如此天价家具，达芬奇销售人员说，这是因为他们所售家具是100%意大利生产的“国际超级品牌”，使用的原料是没有污染的“天然的高品质原料”。


然而，经记者调查发现，达芬奇公司销售的这些天价家具相当一部分不是产自意大利而是广东东莞，所用原料不是达芬奇公司宣称的名贵实木而是高分子树脂材料。经检测，消费者购买的达芬奇家具甚至被判定为不合格产品。


问题


天价家具散发刺鼻气味


北京唐女士从达芬奇专卖店购买了四十多件家具花了280多万元，其中一套沙发价值30多万元，一张单人床也要10多万块钱。


这些天价家具一进家门，散发出强烈的刺鼻气味。而且那张价值10多万元的单人床，合同中约定的尺寸是1米5，实际却只有1米2。对此，达芬奇专卖店工作人员解释：“国内的尺寸和国外的尺寸是不一样的。”


同时，北京达芬奇家具公司提供了一份家具进口手续，但唐女士仍怀疑这些家具的“意大利身份”。


唐女士说，她购买达芬奇家具，是因为销售人员承诺家具是意大利生产的“国际超级品牌”，使用的材料是没有污染的“天然的高品质原料”。


近日，唐女士将从达芬奇公司购买的床和电视柜等家具送到国家家具及室内环境质量监督检验中心进行检测，结果有三项不符合国家标准，其中，电视柜使用的材料是密度板，并非实木，被判定为不合格产品。


探访


专卖店称家具产自国外


来到位于建国门附近的北京达芬奇家具专卖店二楼，记者找到了唐女士购买的那款卡布丽缇家具。售价确实惊人，一个酒柜标价17万元，一个电视柜标价18万元，一张双人床的销售价高达30多万元。北京达芬奇专卖店店长赵颖向记者保证，他们这里销售的卡布丽缇家具100%都是意大利生产的。


此后，记者又走访了上海、重庆等地的达芬奇家具专卖店，和北京专卖店一样，销售人员宣称卡布丽缇家具使用的材料是“天然高品质原料”，是原装进口的。


北京达芬奇家具有限公司经理杨丽萍说，他们总公司上海达芬奇家居股份有限公司主营业务是代理销售原装进口家具，目前正在筹备上市。

产地 洋品牌家具产自东莞


北京达芬奇专卖店销售人员说，他们出售的卡布丽缇都是位于意大利坎图镇卡布丽缇公司生产的。按该地址，找到位于意大利的坎图镇的卡布丽缇公司，公司负责人说，他们和达芬奇公司确实有合作关系，但他们生产家具上的雕花并不是实木雕刻的，而是由一种特殊的树脂材料做成的。这与此前北京达芬奇家具公司的销售人员说法不同。


调查中，一位业内人士告知，深圳金凤凰家具公司曾为达芬奇生产过家具。金凤凰公司负责人说，在2004年、2005年，达芬奇公司确实从他们这里进过大量家具，到2006年后，由于价格等多种原因，达芬奇公司不再与他们合作，而是到东莞寻找新的合作伙伴。


历时半年时间，记者先后对100多家家具厂进行实地走访调查。最终在东莞长丰家具有限公司展厅里，发现有一张床和北京达芬奇家具专卖店里的那张卡布丽缇双人床几乎一模一样。长丰家具公司总经理彭杰说，达芬奇公司销售的卡布丽缇家具都是他们公司生产的。同时，对方出示了深圳达芬奇公司给他们公司付款的电子汇单。并称，这张在达芬奇专卖店卖到30多万的双人床，在他们这里只需3万元左右。


材料 树脂材料变身名贵木材


在广东东莞长丰家具有限公司调查中，记者发现，为达芬奇公司生产的家具所使用原料不是意大利名贵木材，而是一种高分子树脂材料、大芯板和密度板。一走进车间，就能闻到这些化学物质混合的刺鼻味道。而且，生产家具雕花部分，也不是用手工雕刻，而是采用模具成型。这些都与达芬奇公司工作人员宣称不同。


长丰公司负责人说，他们的生产完全是按照达芬奇公司的要求进行。在达芬奇公司发给该公司的电子邮件中，达芬奇公司负责人明确要求长丰公司在生产家具时，“能不用实木的地方就不用实木”，“可以不用手工雕刻”，“可以采用倒模的方式”。这些由高分子树脂材料、大芯板和密度板加工成的家具，经过打磨、烤漆等工序，摇身一变成所谓名贵木材加工的天价家具。


长丰公司总经理彭杰说，他们从2006年开始为达芬奇公司生产家具，由当初一个系列增加到现在的三个系列，品牌分别有卡布丽缇、好莱坞、瑞瓦，现在和达芬奇公司的年交易额大概在5000万元左右。


流程 先出口再进口到上海


记者调查发现，达芬奇公司为掩盖他们从长丰公司购进家具的事实，专门设计了一整套流程。达芬奇公司给长丰公司的“预付款明细账”显示，达芬奇公司声称从长丰公司购买的是布板、挂架等小部件，而不是家具。长丰公司负责人说，其实达芬奇公司从他们这里购买的就是家具，只不过在账上不敢写明，主要就是害怕暴露他们销售的所谓“洋品牌”天价家具实为国内制造的真相。


长丰家具公司总经理彭杰说，他们生产的家具交付给达芬奇公司之后，达芬奇公司将这些家具从深圳口岸出港，运往意大利，再从意大利运回上海，从上海报关进港回到国内，这些家具就有了全套的进口手续，成为达芬奇公司所说的100%意大利原装、“国际超级品牌”家具了。

上海工商调查达芬奇家居


7月10日，上海工商部门出动近70人，对达芬奇位于上海的母公司、两家分公司、三个展示厅以及两个仓库进行了紧急检查，对涉嫌侵犯消费者权益的产品进行调查取证。执法人员在位于上海市青浦的仓库内查获了部分涉嫌伪造产地的家具产品，并对相关家具产品进行登记保存并取样送检。调查显示，达芬奇家居旗下部分家具却是从广东东莞加工贴牌生产的，质量并不过关，产品涉嫌伪造产地。综合央视《每周质量报告》、新华社电

达芬奇家居本周将正式回应


昨晚，达芬奇家居股份有限公司，对外发表声明称“我们关注到了媒体7月10日的有关报道，在此，达芬奇家居股份有限公司(以下称：达芬奇)郑重向公众确认：达芬奇在国内销售的意大利品牌家具，均为在意大利生产并原装进口至国内。”


达芬奇计划于本周内召开新闻发布会，介绍达芬奇在国内的运营以及销售情况。


国产产品变洋品牌并不鲜见


记者同时也从家居行业内资深人士处了解到，国产产品经过“环球旅行”后摇身变成洋品牌，并且身价倍增，这样的现象在行业内并不鲜见。


达芬奇公司官方网站介绍，达芬奇家居股份有限公司2000年在上海成立，创始人是公司总经理潘庄秀华，经过11年发展，现已成为亚洲规模最大、档次最高的家具代理公司。


今年3月，由于看好北京的高端家具市场需求，达芬奇家居股份有限公司与意大利Giorgetti、Poltrona Frau集团在北京达成战略性合作决议，在北京率先推出包括卡西纳(Cassina)、卡佩里尼(Cappellini)等在内的现代系列，产品销售范围扩充为华丽、欧宅、美居与现代四大系列。本报记者 李麒麟 李扬
