<!--start of story text-->Now that she has made it to the promised land, Hunan native Gong Yan is determined that her new life in Singapore is going to work out even if it did not start out quite as planned.
Her mission when she arrived last year was to land a decent job but she ended up with a Singaporean husband instead.
Ms Gong, 22, is aware of the bad reputation surrounding Chinese women who marry Singaporean men, but she is not bothered, finding strength in the survival-of-the-fittest mentality that marks immigrants like her.

LOL. Daft Sinkies.

Beware. Many China ladies on the prowl for 'golden turtles' in Singapore.

I'm not talking about the stereotypical peidu mamas or retired Geylang hookers.

I'm talking about those in admin jobs, customer service jobs, healthcare, accountancy etc, white collar jobs.

Now, as you know men outnumber women in China due to the one child policy, so PRC women are very picky when it comes to picking a husband. Because it is a seller's market for a vagina, the PRC women look overseas for a 'higher net worth' husband.

The PAP govt has let hordes of them enter Singapore to work and live.

2nd mission has commenced ...

- Con hubby's CPF monies
- Have extra side income by walking at Geylang
- Be a mistress of another man concurrently

Looks like there are quite a few missions available....
